LABOUR LAW AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, PENSIONS LEGISLATION

Reviving the Palm Oil Industry is an area of strategy focus.

The Firm has expertise in the negotiation and resolution of labour and industrial disputes.  We represent clients before national courts and Arbitration Tribunals, domestically and internationally, as well as before administrative and other panels dealing with labour disputes.  We also render mediation and conciliation services.  One of the members is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the London Court of International Arbitration and a very experienced Industrial Relations Negotiator and Arbitrator.

We also have experience in the collective bargaining process and have negotiated and drafted collective agreements, Recognition Agreements and other transactional documents related to trade union law and practice.  The Pensions Reform Act of 2004 placed considerable new obligations on employers of labour and we can advise companies on their duties and responsibilities in this area, as well as introduce them to accredited and reliable Pension Fund Administrators.
