GOVERNMENT RELATIONS: REGULATORY AFFAIRS

The Firm advises and guide investors and their professional advisers (foreign and local) on the regulatory regime for doing business in Nigeria. We advise on compliance procedures and practice, file process and obtain requisite license permits and authorizations and offer immigration advice and processing services.
Members represent clients before regulatory and administrative bodies and acts as liaison between clients and various agencies of government at State and Federal levels.
Key members or Resource Persons of the Firm commenced their legal careers in the public sector and some have held political and/or public office at State and Federal levels. Their personal knowledge of the workings of government and the various regulatory agencies, combined pool of in-house experience garnered over the years from a history of similar transactions, coupled with the considerable goodwill and reputation nurtured and sustained over the years by these members enable the Firm to provide clients with an expeditious and cost effective service in this area of practice where the existence of goodwill at various levels of the system is an essential attribute.
We equally assist Foreign Diplomatic Missions, Trade Groups, International organizations and NGOs and its agencies and other aspects of their operations.
