TRANSPORT: AVIATION, SHIPPING AND ADMIRALTY

NEA advises on ship finance, registration and compliance regulations in Nigeria and conducts admiralty litigation and shipping claims at the Federal High Court.  NEA also advises on aviation finance and registration.

NEA acted for Qatar Airlines in the establishment of its operations in Nigeria and negotiation of Bilateral Air Service Agreement with Federal Republic of Nigeria and also with respect to employment and property issues and customer claims.  NEA was also retained to render legal services to the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria.

NEA Principal Partner, as a partner of Irving and Bonnar, acted extensively for British Airways and other foreign legacy airlines.
